Established as a limited company in 1997, Peterkin Homes is founded on Vic Peterkin’s 30-year experience in the building industry here in the North East of Scotland.  

The majority of our tradesmen come from our primary area of South Aberdeenshire, and many have worked along side us since the start ensuring a confidence that the quality of their workmanship is hard to be beaten.  We work closely with local architects and suppliers to make certain that each home reflects the wishes of our clients.

Winners of two Federation of Master Builders New Build Homes in Scotland awards, we pride ourselves on the quality of the homes that we produce whether they be one-off builds for individual clients, steading conversions, extensions or small scale developments.
